Ingredients for the vegetable chicken sandwich:
– Green Pepper
– Garlic cloves
– Olive oil
– Cheese (preferably mozzarella)
– Whole meal bread
– Mojo sauce
-Marinate Chicken with mojo sauce and spices (add a little salt) for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
-Cut the vegetables in thin straps and prepare them for cooking. Put olive oil in skillet over medium -high heat. Add all vegetables and let them cook for a minute or until garlic cloves are starting to look brown.
After everything else is ready toast the bread with the cheese at your liking.
