Ingredients for the open face sandwiches:
– Badia Complete Seasoning
– Whole-wheat bread
– Mojo Sauce
– Garlic Cloves
– Parmesan Cheese
– Canola mayonnaise
-Marinate the chicken with the mojo sauce and spices for 10 minutes. Heat a grill pan to medium-high heat and let the chicken cook in its own flavor. Let it cook for 4 minutes each side or until done.
-Cut the bread in small sizes and then apply 2 tablespoons of canola mayonnaise into them. Cut the garlic cloves in small pieces and apply as many as your taste.
-Apply chicken on top of the garlic and spread the parmesan cheese on top of it. If you want a little more crunch to the sandwich heat it in a small oven for no longer than 2 minutes.
