White foods are basically superheroes
They reduce cholesterol levels, arterial pressure, and prevent type 2 diabetes. Who knew this about onions and garlic?

They help with heart functions
White foods contain potassium, which is key for heart functions and skeletal and smooth muscle contractions. Whites don’t seem so boring now, right?
Since white non-processed foods are basically fruits and vegetables they don’t have any cholesterol! Yay for the white team!
