Vegetable or sunflower oil (enough for deep frying)
-Peel the carrots and cut them into circles. Leave them a little chunky, thin carrots would most likely burn.
Look at those not very happy carrots.
-Heat the oil in high heat in deep sided pan.
-When the oil is ready add the carrots and let them fry until both sides get a crisp golden color.
