1# Avoid fast food joints as much as you can
If you are on a different country or on a road trip this could sound like a very easy choice right? Part of the vacation experience is just enjoying yourself. So a Mcmuffin or a whopper every once in a while won’t do much wrong, but avoid it being the only things you eat!
2# Stay active
You are on vacation so you might as well explore as much as you can! Keep yourself busy and only eat when you really think you are hungry (or you know, eat that one churro that looks delicious, who cares? You are on vacation!) To stay active I am a huge fan of the Garmin fit watch. It just really made me stop being lazy and reach those ten thousand steps!!
3# Cook your own meals

4# Try Airbnb
Seems like it’s getting more and more hype but having your own space helps a lot. I just tried it myself and it really was something else. Having a kitchen where we could cook in and not having to share a bathroom with someone was the best of all. Check Airbnb by clicking here.
